Custom Bar Plan

After booking, we build a tailored bar strategy based on your guest count and preferences. You’ll receive a detailed alcohol shopping list, quantity recommendations, and guidance on glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar layout. No guessing. No overbuying. No running out.

Menu & Details

If you’re including signature cocktails, we refine the recipes, presentation, and naming so everything feels cohesive with your event style. We align service timing with your overall event flow to ensure smooth transitions from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing.

Final Confirmations

As your event approaches, we confirm logistics with you and your venue. We review timing, staffing, setup requirements, and any venue-specific policies so nothing is left unclear.
