My day-of coordination package is designed so you can be fully present while I manage every moving piece. I create a detailed custom timeline, build your personalized Wedding Bible with all vendor contacts and key details, and take full control 48 hours before your big day so nothing gets missed.
On wedding day, I’m onsite beginning at 9:00 AM for setup and stay through the final pack-down until 2:00 AM. From ceremony cues to décor placement to late-night logistics, I handle it all quietly and confidently behind the scenes.

We begin with your vision and build everything around it, from budget creation and vendor sourcing to design direction, logistics, and contract management. I guide you through every decision, keep everything organized, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll receive a fully customized timeline, a comprehensive Wedding Bible, unlimited planning support, and complete coordination of all vendors leading up to the wedding. I take over final confirmations, manage rehearsals, and oversee the entire wedding day from early morning setup through late-night pack-down.
