Wedding Coordination & Event Management

2027 Investment: Starting at $2,500

Every wedding is unique, which is why my coordination services are customized to reflect your venue, logistics, guest count, and overall vision.

Wedding coordination begins at $2,500, with most couples investing between $2,500 and $3,000. Multi-location weddings, extensive décor installations, large guest counts, and more complex logistics may require additional coordination and are quoted accordingly.

A $300 travel fee applies outside the Kelowna area and includes multiple in-person visits to ensure every detail is prepared well before your wedding day:

Every quote is tailored to the unique needs of your celebration.

My coordination package is designed so you can be fully present while I manage every moving piece behind the scenes. Once your contract is signed, you'll have unlimited communication throughout the planning process, including phone calls, text messages, meetings, and venue visits whenever needed.

A professionally guided rehearsal is included with every wedding I coordinate. This is a core part of my service because it ensures your wedding party, immediate family, and key participants understand exactly where to be, when to move, and what to expect, creating a calm and confident ceremony experience.

Together, we'll create a detailed wedding day timeline that is distributed to every vendor, ensuring everyone works from the same schedule. I also prepare your personalized Wedding Bible, containing your timeline, vendor contacts, floor plans, important details, and contingency plans, allowing me to manage every aspect of your day without interruption.

In the weeks leading up to your wedding, I take over vendor communication, confirm final details, troubleshoot any last-minute issues, and ensure nothing has been overlooked.

On your wedding day, I arrive at 9:00 AM for setup and remain onsite until all contracted coordination responsibilities are complete. From overseeing vendor arrivals and managing your ceremony to directing the reception, coordinating timelines, assisting guests, supervising décor placement, organizing room transitions, and handling late-night logistics, every detail is managed with professionalism, confidence, and care.

Behind every seamless wedding are countless hours of planning, communication, organization, and problem-solving. My role is to anticipate the unexpected, protect your investment, and allow you, your family, and your guests to simply enjoy the celebration.

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

From the very beginning, my role is to support you, guide you, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

We start with a 30-minute consultation on the phone, zoom or facetime where I get to know you and your fiancée, your vision, expectations, Wedding priorities, venue, guest count, and how you want your day to feel. We walk through a draft of your timeline together so I can paint the picture for you to envision how the flow of the day goes. From getting ready to your final send-off, we talk through the details that matter most, including ceremony style, wedding party flow, and overall structure.

This is also where I help you make sense of the planning process. Whether you’re feeling organized or overwhelmed, I meet you where you’re at and make things feel manageable.
