From our first conversation, my focus is understanding what matters most to you. Not just the logistics, but the feeling you want your day to have. I listen carefully, communicate clearly, and follow through on every detail we’ve discussed.

Wedding Coordination & Event Management

Investment: $1,600-$2,500+

My coordination services are designed to be flexible, transparent, and tailored to your day. Full wedding coordination begins at $1,600, ideal for single-location weddings such as most Kelowna golf course venues.

For venues requiring more detailed setup and design management, such as hall-style weddings like the Laurel Packing House, pricing is typically around $2,000, depending on décor and logistics.

Weddings involving multiple locations (ceremony and reception at separate venues) begin at $2,200, reflecting the additional coordination, movement, and timeline management required.

For more complex wedding days, including large-scale setups, extensive décor installations, or multi-location events with significant logistics, pricing begins at $2,500+.

A $300 travel fee applies, covering multiple in-person visits to ensure everything runs seamlessly:

  • Initial site visit

  • Rehearsal

  • Wedding day

Each wedding is unique, and all quotes are customized based on location, scope, guest count, and overall logistics.

My coordination package is designed so you can be fully present while I manage every moving piece. I create a detailed custom timeline, build your personalized Wedding Bible with all vendor contacts and key details, and step in during the final days leading up to your wedding so nothing is missed.

On your wedding day, I’m onsite beginning at 9:00 AM for setup and remain through final pack-down (usually around 2:00 AM).

From ceremony cues to décor placement to late-night logistics, everything is handled quietly and confidently behind the scenes.

Behind every seamless wedding is hours of planning, communication, and problem-solving. My role is to ensure you feel supported, prepared, and completely taken care of.

On your event day, you shouldn’t be answering questions, checking timelines, or worrying about what’s happening next. You should be present, enjoying the moments you’ve been looking forward to.

I take on the responsibility so you don’t have to. From managing vendors to keeping everything moving smoothly, I’m there making sure nothing is missed and everything flows effortlessly.

You get to relax, celebrate, and actually experience your day, knowing someone you trust is taking care of it all behind the scenes.

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

From the very beginning, my role is to support you, guide you, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

We start with a 30-minute consultation where I get to know you both, your vision, your venue, your guest count, and how you want your day to feel. We walk through your timeline together, from getting ready to your final send-off, and talk through the details that matter most, including ceremony style, wedding party flow, and overall structure.

This is also where I help you make sense of the planning process. Whether you’re feeling organized or overwhelmed, I meet you where you’re at and make things feel manageable.

A SEAMLESS, SUPPORTED PROCESS

After our initial call, you’ll receive a personalized quote to review together. Once booked, I require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding.

From there, you have open communication with me throughout your planning. Whether you need guidance, reassurance, or quick answers, I’m always a call or text away. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like, and I’ll match your energy every step of the way.

About a month before your wedding, we finalize your timeline in detail. This becomes the foundation for your entire day and is shared with all vendors so everyone is aligned.

FINAL DETAILS & HANDOFF

In the final weeks, I check in to make sure you’re feeling good and everything is coming together smoothly.

48 hours before your wedding, I take over as the main point of contact. I connect with all your vendors, share your finalized timeline, and ensure everyone knows exactly what to expect and how to reach me.

From this point forward, everything runs through me.
